Applications:
·ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is designed for powder or low-humidity materials. The mixing is efficient, uniform, and has no dead corners.
·All parts exposed to material is made of stainless steel. The stirring shaft has a sealing device, which can effectively prevent the string material and ensure the life of the bearing and each transmission component.
Features:
·The centrifugal force formed by the vertical high-speed rotating blades mounted on the bottom of the machine roll the material upward in the edge, forming a downward vortex in the center, so that the material are fully stirred and mixed up and down, inner and outer;
·The use of high-speed debris blades mounted on the side walls of the machine breaks up the material rolled up from the outer ring, and at the same time, acts as a disturbance to increase the relative motion between the materials and improve the mixing effect.
·Due to the joint effect of the above two blades, the material can be mixed fully and uniformly in a relatively short time. Its efficiency is incomparable by other domestic mixers.
·The mixing drum is free of dead corner, quick discharge, easy to clean;
·All parts exposed to material are made of stainless steel. During the mixing process, the material should be no volatilization, deterioration or loss, so that the matching ratio of the process is guaranteed;
·The machine is suitable for the mixing of dry and wet materials in different proportions, especially for the mixing and stirring of complicated materials such as chicken essence, pharmaceutical powder and beverage granules.
