Product description

Working principle:

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into a fluidized state by the hot air, just like the boiled water boiling in the bed, so it is called boiling dryer. Due to the extensive contact of hot air with the material, the drying can be finished in a short time. The material enters from one end of the bed and flows out from the other end automatically after boiling for several minutes to dozens of minutes.

Scope of application:

Boiling dryer is also known as fluidized bed. It is used for the dehumidification and drying of powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and plastic resin industries. Since its application for more than 30 years, it has been improved and improved.. The granule size of the material can be in the range of 0.1 to 6 mm, preferably 0.5 to 3 mm.

Heating method:

Steam or electric heating; hot air can also be obtained directly from the hot stove of fuel oil (or fire coal).
