  • Applications and features:

    ·This machine is an efficient mixing device, which can be used for high-uniformity mixing of powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, defense industry, scientific research and other enterprises.

    ·The material has no centrifugal force during the mixing process, no segregation of specific gravity, delamination or accumulation. Each component can be evenly mixed under a wide weight ratio, and the mixing rate is over 99.9%.

    ·With high loading coefficient up to 80% (about 40% for ordinary mixers) and short mixing time, it is an ideal among various mixers.

    ·The equipment has a compact design, adopting transmission with stepless speed regulation (frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation), very convenient for operation.

    ·The drum is circularly transitioned and precision-polished to meet GMP requirements.

    Working principle:

    The mixed material bucket is mounted on the end of the main and supporting driven shafts through two Y-type universal joints. The two universal joints are crossed and perpendicular to each other. When the master axis is dragged and rotated, the universal joint allows the bucket to perform complex motions such as translation, rotation and rollover. The material does the axial and radial and circumferential 3D composite motion in the drum. The materials flow and diffuse and mix with each other in the drum, and finally get uniformed.
