The material enters into the machine from the inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the fluidized bed horizontally and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, the humid air is de-dusted by the cyclone separator and then, discharged by exhaust at 1:3. Dry material is discharged from the inlet.

SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank. The material to be processed is distributed on a conveyor belt through a suitable feeding mechanism such as star feeder, swing belt, pulverizer or pelletizer. The conveyor belt passes through a channel that consists of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When the conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the material on the conveyor belt up-down or bottom-up, so that the material can be dried evenly.

Rotary flash dryer is a new type of efficient fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the inefficiency and high consumption of static drying. In the design process, the dryer fully integrates the features of common dry-flow dryings such as air-flow drying, adopting their good points and avoiding their shortcomings, and enabling the whole dryer to have a reasonable process structure and superior performance with low consumption and high efficiency of fluidized drying.

The powder granule in the container(fluidization bed)appear the state of fluidization.It is preheated and mixed with clean and hot air.At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container.The granules gather as particles that are adhesive.Being of continuous drying by hot air,the moisture in granules is evaporated and the adhesive is solidfication.The process is carried out repeat.Finally it forms ideal,uniform and porous granules.

2D mixing machine is mainly composed of three parts: rotating drum, swing frame and rack. The rotating drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the driving wheels are dragged by the rotating power system to rotate the rotating drum; the swinging frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanism; the crank rocker mechanism is mounted on the rack; the bearing assembly is supported on the rack.
