Application scope
Roasting furnaces are widely used for the roasting of special materials (such as special catalysts, special molecular sieves, kaolin, mineral powder, special adsorbents, inorganic salts, etc.) in petrochemical, inorganic chemical, metallurgy, and construction industries. Main application examples: battery materials, oil refining catalysts, zeolite molecular sieves, activated carbon adsorbents, magnetic materials, sulfide ores, manganese ores, soda ash, aluminum hydroxide, refractory materials, silicates, ceramics materials tec.
Working principle
During the working of the indirect heating continuous operation roasting furnace, the materials enter the furnace chamber through the head feeder, the furnace is equipped with electric heating elements or fuel burners, the furnace temperature is controlled by adjusting the current of electric heating elements or the flame of burner through automatic control system, so that the materials can be roasted at a certain temperature. When operating the furnace chamber, it is horizontal or inclined. The material is roasted inside the furnace chamber while moving forward with rotating. The roasted material enters the next process from the discharge end. The roasting time of materials can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the furnace chamber or the angle between the furnace chamber and the horizontal.
The electric heating roasting furnace uses the electricity as energy source. Mainly composed of the main body of the roasting furnace, electric heating system, insulation furnace, automatic control system etc. The electric heating roasting furnace developed by our company not only includes conventional rotary cylindrical roasting furnaces, but also have special roasting furnaces such as vacuum type, positive pressure type, and double cone rotary type, which used for special materials.
The gas fired roasting furnaces mainly consists of the main body of roasting furnace, combustion device, insulation furnace, ventilation& smoke exhaust device, and automatic control system. Using combustible gases such as natural gas, water gas, and liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, which with sufficient combustion and high thermal efficiency. At the same time, the combustion process is easy to control, and the pollution to environment is less than solid and liquid fuels.
