  • Working principle:

    SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank. Under the vacuum state, the tank is heated by introducing heat-conducting oil or hot water into the jacket, and the wet material absorbs the heat through the inner wall of the tank. The moisture evaporated from the wet material after heating is pumped through a vacuum pump. Because the inside of the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank causes the materials to keep moving up and down and turning inside and out, so the drying speed of the materials is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.

    Range of application:

    This dryer is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, especially for those materials with the following requirements:

    ·Temperature-sensitive or heat-sensitive materials

    ·Easily-oxidized or dangerous materials

    ·Materials that has solvents or toxic gases to recovery

    ·Material that has requirements for crystal shape

    ·Material requiring extremely low residual volatiles

    ·Its heating has two ways;hot water,steam conduction oil.

    ·When order,please indicate the temperature of raw matrial to be undertaken of the operation temperature of dryer in order to choose or provide suitable heat source for you.

    ·When dry viscous raw material,our factory will design special stiming device in the chamber.

    ·The auxiliary parts of vacuum drying system can be supplied and installed by our factory.Please indicate therm when order.

    ·If having special requirements,our factory can also design,manufacture and install as request.

    ·The cost of complete equipment should be increased in accordance with the needs.
